Design and décor services are available as an optional add-on, allowing you to customize your level of creative support while still benefiting from experienced planning and coordination. Advance Planning - $5,000

For couples who want a thoughtful, guided journey from “Yes” to “I do.” Our Advance Planning package begins the moment you book and is designed to support you every step of the way. From the big picture to the smallest details, we collaborate closely to bring your vision to life. This package includes full design and décor services, ensuring your wedding not only runs beautifully—but looks breathtaking. From curated aesthetics and cohesive styling to hands-on coordination, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing every element is intentionally planned and professionally executed. Best for: Couples who want comprehensive planning, design support, and a calm, confident lead throughout the entire process.

Day-of Coordination - $1,800

So you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our Day-of Coordination package starts upon booking and focuses on the essentials needed for a smooth, stress-free wedding day. We manage timelines, vendor communication, and on-site flow so everything unfolds seamlessly. Design and décor services may be added à la carte, making this a wonderful option for couples who have planned most details but want professional execution and support on the big day. Each ceremony includes custom-written vows and wording tailored to your unique love story. We take the time to get to know you—how you met, what binds you together, and the moments that matter most—then weave those details into a ceremony that feels personal, heartfelt, and unmistakably yours.
